Such a horrible experience with the service department at Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda dealership that I vow to never spend another dime on anything bearing the Ray Skillman name. Two and a half month of guesswork and throwing parts at a problem they improperly diagnosed. Took the vehicle to a skilled mechanic that was able to rectify the problem without replacing any parts.
We had a great experience at Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda thanks to Darius Lee. He made our vehicle purchase smooth, stress-free, and straightforward from start to finish. Darius was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire process enjoyable.

The most unprofessional sneaky sales people ever! We bought a brand new cx9 couple years ago went to trade in to a 2025 was told no problem, was told would not affect my credit as they would only run through Mazda credit! Lie they ran 6 times cost me 5 points only say Mazda said no and they found another lender but they wanted extremely large down payment? Its tough to find a car right now with the inventory shortage but Alex and the team made it very easy.
No customer service skill, terrible follow up. Do not use this dealer..EVER!! They do no return calls and do not forward messages. Their phone system is horrible and I called ten times to order mudflaps. Never did get them because the dealer doesn't know how to redeem Mazda e-gift cards. Sales Manager does not have your best interest in mind so get everything in writing.

Ray Skillman East worked me into the schedule today and quickly resolved a tire issue for my 1-week old car. The issue was not under warranty but they understood my concerns and had my car ready, good as new and was amazing in working out a better than expected fix. They were wonderful!

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you are looking for a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, After being treated horribly by Pete the finance manager at Ray Skillman in Greenwood, IN, Robert & his finance manager (I forgot his name sorry!) made sure I got approved for vehicle I wanted even though I choose not to get that one, they helped me get one that I LOVE! Also, after driving 3 hours I would take the trip again to deal with these two guys!

Before we realized the car we wanted was sitting in front of us, Rayskillman Sales person got the General Manager involved to search their database for the used car of our dreams. We went home and waited anxiously for any results. While waiting we took another look at their website and saw the car we really wanted. The one in front of the dealership.
