The 2018 Mazda3 has three different trim levels, each with their own styles and equipment. For city commuting, the Sport model comes standard with the 2.0L DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine, Smart City Brake Support, and Keyless Entry Standard. The Touring model is the next step up and comes standard with 2.5L DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine, 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels with Dark Silver finish, and Advanced Blind Spot Monitoring System with Rear Cross Traffic Alert. The Last Trim level is the Grand Touring. This is the one with “All the Bells and Whistles”. I thought I made an appointment online but when I showed up I wasn’t scheduled the service advisor told me they could work me in but it would be a 2 hr wait. I agreed to stay and only waited about 30-40 mins to my surprise! They got me in and out so fast!
Everyone was very patient with me as I searched for a new vehicle with specific features. Wait time after selecting vehicle was too long for a previous buyer. I arrived at the dealership at 10 , selected vehicle by noon but didn’t leave until 3:30.
