The entire experience was (mostly) painless. I was able to select a car online and the day it was landed, they called. I had pre qualified so I was in and out in about 2 hours. A few days later, I had a roof rack installed and they gave me a discount and even sent me a video showing the installation so I would know how things went.

I thought I made an appointment online but when I showed up I wasn’t scheduled the service advisor told me they could work me in but it would be a 2 hr wait. I agreed to stay and only waited about 30-40 mins to my surprise! They got me in and out so fast!
Everyone was very patient with me as I searched for a new vehicle with specific features. Wait time after selecting vehicle was too long for a previous buyer. I arrived at the dealership at 10 , selected vehicle by noon but didn’t leave until 3:30.
