The service experience is always professional and courteous. I trust the work being done on my car. The addition of the video inspection, giving me the opportunity to see my car while it’s in the shop is very helpful. The service team went above and beyond expectations, including buffing a scratch on the car at no extra cost.

The attitudes everyone seemed kind and caring I felt that they genuinely wanted me to get the best rates. It did take my credit score down by running my credit that many times through different lenders but however I am satisfied with the rate that I was received
I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle which was very helpful. Also, a courtesy vehicle was made available which really helped as my vehicle was in the shop for several days. Additionally, another dealership was involved in paying for some of the repair. The team handled that detail with excellence! I thought I made an appointment online but when I showed up I wasn’t scheduled the service advisor told me they could work me in but it would be a 2 hr wait. I agreed to stay and only waited about 30-40 mins to my surprise! They got me in and out so fast!
Everyone was very patient with me as I searched for a new vehicle with specific features. Wait time after selecting vehicle was too long for a previous buyer. I arrived at the dealership at 10 , selected vehicle by noon but didn’t leave until 3:30.
