I appreciate the transparency of the video inspection and that I can watch it repeatedly and share it with others. This helps in my decision making to make the best choice’s possible. I also am always treated with respect by the service associate (Casey) who never pressures decisions and takes his time to explain things.

The entire experience was (mostly) painless. I was able to select a car online and the day it was landed, they called. I had pre qualified so I was in and out in about 2 hours. A few days later, I had a roof rack installed and they gave me a discount and even sent me a video showing the installation so I would know how things went.
