Original dealer of "bait & switch" estimate for tires. Last month I blew a tire. I prefer to take my vehicle to the dealership because they know what they're doing (or so I thought). I authorized a tire replacement $280. I was really clear that I work in a jail and cannot be reached; to please call my spouse. Staff did not read that (written CLEARLY on the drop off envelope). Its tough to find a car right now with the inventory shortage but Alex and the team made it very easy.
No customer service skill, terrible follow up. Do not use this dealer..EVER!! They do no return calls and do not forward messages. Their phone system is horrible and I called ten times to order mudflaps. Never did get them because the dealer doesn't know how to redeem Mazda e-gift cards. Sales Manager does not have your best interest in mind so get everything in writing.
This dealer continued to contact me after I ask him to stop. They want me to upgrade my current vehicle and I’ve told them several times I am not interested. I finally had to get nasty. I was very happy with the service I got when I purchased my vehicle (different salesman and also Ms Flores) but this guy needs to stop!

Ray Skillman East worked me into the schedule today and quickly resolved a tire issue for my 1-week old car. The issue was not under warranty but they understood my concerns and had my car ready, good as new and was amazing in working out a better than expected fix. They were wonderful!

Dave( lies about his title) he’s only the finance manager. Yet I was told he was the dealership manager. He is a terrible person who is very disrespectful! He doesn’t give a crap about customer service he just cares about making his commission on sales. They sale defective cars as “certified pre owned” when asked when certifying cars do they check everything. The response I got was if we don’t notice a problem we don’t check it. This dealership was very attentive to finding the car that fit my needs. They drove to Lexington to find the car with all the right colors and accessories to aid me in purchasing a new car. Everyone listened and helped answer questions without trying to make a hard sale. They know their cars are great and speak for themselves but are always there to answer your questions. Our 2010 Mazda 6 has been great. So we decided to go back and purchase a 2018 Mazda 3 in addition to. Ryan at the 16th and Shadeland branch was awesome!!! Everyone was exceptionally nice.
I received great service from the staff at the Skillman Northeast location. The salesman (Ryan Gagen) was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. I was impressed with the consistency of his communication even while I shopped around and spoke with other dealers, and that was a big influence when deciding which dealer to work with. I was able to get the car I wanted at a very reasonable price.
Ryan was very nice and understanding when showing me different options of Mazda 6’s. The test drive went well and he was able to give me everything I needed in order to choose Mazda over the other car brands I was looking at. It was the most responsive dealership I had interacted with.

Let’s start with the good. (Most) everything pre-transaction was smooth. Communication was easy, price on the car was good, etc. They pulled a car in the color and trim I wanted in from a dealer a couple hours away, which I appreciated. They even paid for me to fly out from Missouri to Indy to pick up the car. The salesman (who’s no longer working there) picked me up at the airport and drove me to the lot. Signing the paperwork was quick and easy since everything had already been negotiated. No complaints. That’s where it ends ...
When you walk in the door they greet you right away and see what you have come in for. Its a very friendly place. They treat you very well. Sometimes they give out free goodies while you're there.

Bought my van yesterday and it was everything I wanted and then some. Not only were all employees very friendly but they brought the vehicle to me which took out a ton of legwork or searching for a car. I told them what I was looking for and I got exactly that. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
Less than 1 star - Ray Skillman Mazda provided us a price in writing which included tax, tile and fees. Then the deal did not include tax, tile and fees and they blamed their error on the customer. Ray Skillman Mazda's offer to "make it right" was for the customer to pay 100% of their error. Don't waste your as the price they offer is not really the price you will pay.
From the greeter, Jordan, up to a manager, Nate, this dealership really knows how to give excellent customer service. Each person I dealt with went out of their way to answer questions and make my car buying experience a great one. Nate even went out of state to find the right car for me in a timely manner. Steer clear of dealing with Ray Skillman dealerships. My Husband & I both leased vehicles @ the same time. One from the Mazda dealership & one from GMC. I've never seen so many errors in my life! When it was time to sign the papers for my husbands truck the payment had gone up $200! I demanded we speak to someone else & a guy came in clicked a few buttons & the payment dropped back down. SCAM! Then the next day they contacted us to let us know they gave us the wrong truck & we needed to re-sign the ...
I'm happy with my car; but I find it very shady that twice now they've called to tell me that if I fill out their survey, and give them all top scores, they'll send me a $25 gas card.....and "don't say you talked to anyone." How about you actually earn it guys!!! I wouldn't rate them so low, but this tactic disgusts me.

The service there was excellent but once the car was purchased and I left it was horrible. They are saying I owe them 100 cash when I paid that at the time of deposit I made two separate transactions card and cash. It has now been over a month and I still have not received paper work for my title nor do they respect me enough to reply to my emails or return my call.
